6 Degrees Network for Women is looking for a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson
Do you have a love for Nepal and are you committed to improving the lives of women in this beautiful Himalayan country?
We are seeking a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson for our organisation 6 Degrees Network for Women. Our goal is to create the right conditions for marginalised women to set up and run a business. The ultimate goal is for them to become financially independent. We have started many beautiful projects in Nepal and have a few in our pipeline. We are looking for a chairperson and vice-chairperson to realise our ambitions.
We are looking for candidates:
with a passion for Nepal and improving the position of local women.
who preferably have Nepalese roots or are familiar with the Nepalese culture.
who are our ambassadors and who promote our visibility and brand awareness.
who proactively approach and maintain their own networks and networks that benefit the 6 Degrees projects.
who stimulate partnerships.
who can advise on our strategy and goals.
who can review project proposals, budgets and annual reports.
who co-prepare and lead 8 board meetings (online and offline) annually, with regular mail and telephone contact.
who can make a commitment for at least 4 years.
