Emergency Relief Efforts: Second Wave

ABOUT THE PROJECT

42 Musahar families in Chitwan need your help!

The current COVID situation in Nepal is worse than that in India, but with less global news coverage. There are 42 Musahar families in Chitwan that are suffering from lack of basic food supplies such as rice and lentils as well as hygiene products.

50 Euros is enough to sustain one family for a whole month. The families are the beneficiaries from our vegetable farming and chicken farm projects which provide some relief in food supply, however, there is a growing need of basic food supplies like rice and lentils and hygiene products. 6° and SVSI are working together to raise funds to support the community during these difficult times.

Thanks to the support of our donors, we have raised our targeted 2,000 Euros and have delivered necessity supplies to 46 musahar families.

Veiling met een missie Zoeterwoude is also supporting this initiative.
